We are looking for a social media manager who can continue to build our brand, build and  drive sales leads and build online audiences. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop digital marketing strategies and content plans
  • Research and stay up to date on digital marketing trends, technologies, platforms and tools
  • Keep accurate records of SLA and retainer time allocations; ensuring that allocations are utilised and not overspent
  • Set up, implement and oversee editorial guidelines of all digital marketing profiles
  • Set up, manage, track, optimise and report on digital advertising campaigns on Meta and Google, taking responsibility for adherence to budgets
  • Ensure that sales lead campaign KPI’s are being met 
  • Prepare and present accurate reports and presentations on organic and paid digital marketing campaigns using Google Analytics, Meta, Hootsuite, etc.
  • Oversee all digital marketing promotions, competitions, giveaways, etc. to ensure compliance
  • Manage the POPIA compliance of all digital marketing databases
  • Scheduling and engagement of social media content
  • Email marketing setup, distribution, and reporting on Campaign Monitor
  • Assist when necessary with website content population and management, working closely with SEO specialist if required
  • Oversee research and social listening of clients’ industries, competitors, etc.


  • Minimum five years working experience in digital marketing and lead generation 
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Creative thinker
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Exceptional analytical ability
  • Sound experience and knowledge of Google, and Meta
  • Sound experience and knowledge of the WordPress dashboard
  • Sound experience and knowledge of email software such as Campaign Monitor 
  • Previous experience working on Hootsuite or similar tools advantageous
  • Relevant tertiary qualification advantageous
